1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users ("you" or "user") of the bdr33 platform ("platform" or "site") and the authority operating bdr33 ("we", "us"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, and promotions offered on the bdr33.lat domain.

These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). By accessing or registering on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms in full.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on the bdr33 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited; in such cases, the deposited funds will be returned and the account may be reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is underway.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We reserve the right to apply the applicable exchange rate or associated fees at the time of a transaction. Any charges imposed by the payment gateway may be borne by the user.

4.4 Cancellation Policy

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user, household, IP address, or device.

• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Program

We have a three-tier VIP program for regular and loyal users. VIP status is evaluated automatically and the criteria for advancing to a higher tier may change.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback benefit per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback benefit per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback benefit per week.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

5. Hacking Attempts: Attempting to interfere with or find vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.

We reserve the right to discontinue specific services, games, or the entire platform at any time, with or without prior notice. In such cases, arrangements will be made to safely return users' balances.

11.3 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue to be fully effective.
